Join a Short-Term Connection Group
Short-term connection groups are designed to help you meet other Hope members and "try out" a group without making a long-term commitment. Perfect for those with busy schedules, schedules that change frequently, or for those who are just not sure about this whole group thing. Some groups are doing short Bible studies, while other groups will be discussing questions based on the weekend message series.
Sundays
Morsch's Group (Adults)
A group who meets during the second service (10:45-11:45) to discuss questions that are based on the message series.
Mondays
Hummel's Group (Adults)
A group for adults who want to discuss questions related to the weekend message series. Meets at Hope on Mondays from 6:30 to 8 pm.
Tuesdays
Yokley/Bedtka Group (Women)
A women's group that connects weekly on Tuesdays at Hope Church from 6:30-8pm to discuss questions related to the weekly message series.
Hernandez's Group (Empty Nesters)
This couples group is for "empty nesters" who want to discuss questions related to the weekend message series. We meet every other Tuesday from 6-8pm at our house in Springfield.
Wednesdays
Kluemke's Group (in Sherman)
A group for adults that connects weekly on Wednesdays from 6:30-8pm to discuss questions related to the weekly message series.
Price's Group (in Auburn)
This couples group meets at the Price household in Auburn to discuss questions related to the weekend message series. We meet every Wednesday from 6:30-8pm and children are welcome.
Levault's Group (Young Families)
This group meets on Wednesdays from 6 to 7:30 pm at Hope Church to discuss questions related to the weekend message series. Childcare is available for nursery through preschool aged children, plus there is programming on Wednesday nights for children in K-5th grade.
Thursdays
Alderman/Sutyak's Group (Couples)
A couple's group that connects every other Thursday from 6 to 8pm. We'll meet at the Alderman's house in Springfield to discuss questions related to the weekly message series.
"Chosen" TV Series (Zoom)
This group will meet remotely via Zoom on Thursdays from 7 to 8 pm. Participants will watch an episode of the TV series "Chosen" (season one) on their own and then we will meet to discuss it.
Fridays
Egan's Group (Family)
This group connects every other Friday at Hope Church from 6:30 to 8 pm to discuss questions related to the weekly message series. Kid care will be provided onsite by the Egan girls. There is no official cost for babysitting, but the girls are accepting donations.
